GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an established telecommunications company serving Military, Government, Transport and Utility markets. The company is looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their award-winning team, onsite in Quedgeley.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 upwards, demonstrable with experience, working Monday – Friday.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate previous Internal Sales experience with strong IT skills and excellent communication.
Internal Sales Executive main duties:
* Updating the CRM system on a regular basis
* Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
* Conducting research on market trends and competitors' products
* Generating revenue by selling products or services to potential customers by phone, email or other virtual channels
* Identifying and qualifying leads Producing sales presentations
* Identify and quantify business sectors for internet service providers, utilities, government/defence along with direct and indirect sell including system integrators
* Build strong relationships with customers and clients.
Internal Sales Executive required skills and experience:
* Proactive, ambitious & forward-thinking professional with a proven track record of working within internal sales
* Possess a strong desire to understand the company’s products & competition in the industry
* Excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask • Excellent customer service skills
* Technical skills to understand and propose products & solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills both verbally and written
