Warranty and Returns Executive

Our client who are committed to innovating quality products and leading the way in state of the art technology, has a requirement for a Warranty and Returns Executive to join their team on full time permanent basis at their offices in Quedgeley.
The purpose of the role is to provide end-to-end support to customers with warranty claims, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure process is followed and customer expectations are managed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** **Proactively query and liaise with stakeholders on issues and claims
- Continuously review and improve the warranty process and strategy within the business
- Ensuring all warranty claims are closed down promptly
- Work with the finance team to develop an accurate warranty budget and forecast
- Process replacement orders for customers onto company system (SAP) accurately
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy, checking codes & prices
- Present warranty summaries and management information reports on a regular basis
- Assist finance with the effective resolution of debit and credit notes
- Escalate customers and SKUs which are seeing a rise in warranty claims
- Ensure dispatch of delivery notes and manage any stock issues relating to deliveries
- Create, monitor and manage internal reporting based on current outstanding liabilities
- Month end procedures; open orders and delivery notes reporting
- ** **Excellent organisational skills with proven experience of managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Great problem-solving skills
- Possess high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work without supervision and use initiative
**Hours **- Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)
**Salary** - Negotiable + Pension + Private Medical Insurance + Travel Insurance + Cycle to work scheme (on completion of a successful probation period)
