Clinical Administration and Failsafe Officer

We are recruiting for aClinical Administration and Failsafe Officer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will support the Gynaecology Emergency Services by providing clinical administration and fail safe processes to ensure patients receive the safe and quality care that we strive to deliver.
You will participate in the running of the specialist administration of the Gynaecology Emergency Assessment Services (GEAS)in accordance with Department, Trust and National standards.

The Clinical Administration and Failsafe Officer will monitor and maintain an accurate database of patients receiving face to face and virtual follow up and ensure safety across the assessment / diagnostics and results pathways including Unscheduled Early Pregnancy care and Urgent Gynaecology Pathways.
The post holder will maintain and evolve mechanisms to collect cohort data and monthly key performance indicators and support data inputting for the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology Emergency services
