**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**The Role**:
As an Office Administrator you will have varied tasks covering general office duties, customer service and provisioning of telephone products and services.

**Day to day basis, you will**
- Handle incoming calls from suppliers and customers
- General office admin duties (stationary orders, shipping duties etc)
- Stock control and ordering
- Installation and project management
- Provision of all new products and services
- Liaising with customers

IBT will provide any necessary training and development skills that are required.

**Key Skills**:

- High attention to detail
- Process driven and a methodical approach to work
- Competant user of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional and personal phone manner
- Independent, proactive and able to work on own initiative

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stevenage, SG1 2EQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
