As a key member of the Randstad Inhouse Services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, administering, and delivering tasks that support our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and liaise with our IT support provider to resolve any technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our teams.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
  • Set up and issue IT assets to new staff, including laptops, mobile phones, and other equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain computer systems and networks, manage software licenses, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Create accounts for new users and document procedures and processes to support IT operations, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Assist in implementing backup and recovery protocols, develop training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and online documentation, to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Office Administration and Coordination
  • Take ownership of administration and implementation in various internal projects across all departments, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Update internal contact information as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Format approved documentation to company branding using the Document Management System, maintaining consistency and professionalism.
  • Purchase office supplies, issue DSE equipment, and maintain office cleanliness, promoting a healthy and comfortable working environment.
  • Book travel and accommodation, welcome guests, and organize refreshments, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Manage meeting room diaries, ensure a tidy office environment, and set up meetings using Outlook or Teams, streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burdens.

The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
