About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maternity Booking Clerk. As a key member of our obstetrics and gynaecology department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical teams.

Your duties will include managing referrals, phone lines, preparing clinics, and other administrative tasks. You will also be working closely with our patients and relatives, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare clinics and other administrative tasks
  • Work closely with patients and relatives to ensure their needs are met

We are looking for an individual who is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. You should have experience working in a busy environment, preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
