Senior Emergency Operations Administrator

Company Overview:

Your World Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the area Local Operational Management Team with day-to-day administrative duties.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £11.67-£14.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the area Local Operational Management Team with any administrative duties required on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will proactively assist Operational Managers in any administrative functions that could release them further operational management time.
Responsibilities:
  1. Day-to-day administrative duties, including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints.
  2. Secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy, as required by the Emergency Operational Management Team.
  3. Facilitating the planning and release of staff to attend training programmes, ensuring the appropriate numbers of instructors and students are abstracted.
  4. Participating in formal meetings within the area, taking notes/minutes, preparing and distributing agendas, and any other relevant papers.
  5. Maintaining office systems both paper and electronic to a high standard.
  6. Producing planned reports such as sickness absence monitoring information, annual leave analysis, and control room sheets.
Location:

This role is based in Stevenage, with working hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Band 3 Administrator within the NHS or similar environment.
  • Strong document preparation skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Minute-taking experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
