Nurse Team Leader Opportunity
The East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional nurse to join our Emergency Department as a Nurse Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating shift operations, providing expert clinical guidance, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. About the Role
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary package including:
  • £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Annual leave entitlement
  • Pension scheme
  • Flexible working patterns

Your Responsibilities
As a Nurse Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating shift operations and ensuring seamless patient care
  • Providing expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Post-registration course in teaching/assessing and mentorship
  • A&E/Emergency Care course or equivalent
  • Degree to BSc level
  • Previous experience of working in an ED department
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
