Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess RSA III/NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a secretarial role.
  • Be highly skilled in keyboard skills, software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email/internet usage.
  • Have at least 2/3 years' experience in a secretarial environment, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Be proficient in care notes, audio, and shorthand skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show evidence of the ability to organize and plan complex events, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing environments.
