Financial Administrator Role for Corporate Services

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser, supporting the corporate services department.
Job DescriptionA suitable candidate will have comprehensive experience in the IFA sector, focusing on administrative functions. Key responsibilities include delivering high-standard administrative assistance to the Head of Client Services and the Corporate Services Team.
Responsibilities:- Assist with client onboarding, ensuring compliance and managing risks
- Support the team with various ad hoc tasks and projects
- Substantial experience within the financial services industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
This role provides a balance between office-based and remote work, with the option to work from home up to three days a week. The approximate annual salary for this position is £38,000 - £43,000, dependent on factors such as location and qualifications.
The chosen candidate will collaborate with corporate clients, providers, professionals, and other support team members as necessary.
