General Surgery Administrator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced administrator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointments and diaries for the medical team
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as necessary
- Providing administrative support to the medical team, including relaying messages and taking phone calls
You will need to have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience within the NHS is preferred, but not essential. We estimate the salary for this position to be £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
