Job Title: Property Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Administration Specialist to join our conveyancing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering conveyancing files, including preparing standard letters and documents
  • Preparation of bills and completion statements
  • Management of completions and post-completion matters

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing updates and general advice to clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person
  • Preparing work as requested by conveyancing fee earners
  • Updating the Land Registry and lender online portals
  • Creating online ID requests and requesting funds via our online portal
  • Filing papers and performing administrative tasks

This role requires at least one year of experience and knowledge working in an Assistant role within a Residential Conveyancing Department, as well as essential skills to undertake the position successfully.

To excel in this role, you must possess attention to detail, a professional telephone manner, and a methodical approach to work that meets strict deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Residential Conveyancing Assistant role
  • Knowledge of working in a conveyancing environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. Based on your location and industry standards, we estimate your annual salary to be around £28,500.
