Job Description

This is a vibrant and busy role that requires an experienced administrator to support the International Sales Team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team, sourcing and quoting products, progressing orders, and ensuring export compliance paperwork is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Members of the International Sales team with their administration
  • Sourcing and Quoting on products
  • Progressing orders through from start to finish
  • Alerting clients if orders are late or products not easily sourced
  • Dealing with returns, invoice queries and credit notes
Requirements
  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • Previous admin support/sales support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and keep to strict deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
