**Job Title:** Benefits and Administration Specialist
**Company Overview:** Austin Fraser is a renowned financial services company seeking a highly motivated administrator to join our Corporate Services Team.
**Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
**Job Description:** We are looking for a results-driven administrator to support our client's employee benefits financial services administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pensions administration, with experience working in the IFA sector and a strong understanding of group risk areas such as GLA, GIP, GPMI, and GCIC. As a proactive team member, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data analysis, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will need to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, utilize Microsoft Excel and Intelligent Office software, and adhere to strict deadlines. Contractually office-based but currently can also work at home up to three days a week.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in pensions administration and a strong financial services administrator in the corporate services area.
- Experience working within the group risk arena – GLA, GIP, GPMI, GCIC etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
