**Salary**: £22,400 per annum plus company benefits
Location/work model: Remote
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours, Tuesday to Friday, 7am until 3 pm and Saturday 9am until 5pm(2 x 10 min paid breaks and 1 x unpaid ½ hour lunch break)
Williams Lea seeks a Document Production Specialist to join our team

Purpose of role
The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and document production services for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Producing and amending agreements, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the document production systems/procedures
- Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets
Personal attributes
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience as a Document Administrator or relevant role
- Legal experience is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
