We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Position Overview**:
As an Administrative Administrator at Northern Solar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will provide administrative support to various departments, assist with office management tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to grow with our company and make a meaningful impact.
Another part of the role will be Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers. You will focus on building rapport, understanding customer needs. Suited to individuals who excel in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications and documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
- Reach out to leads and prospects to introduce our products/services.
- Tailor product/service offerings to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
- present quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Booking in clients.
**Experience Required**:
- experience in Client management, sales or customer service.
- experience as an administrative assistant or administrator.
- GCSE English and maths A-C or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
