**Job Title:** Kingdom Group Apprentice Admin Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Apprentice Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Kingdom Group. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure our timetable of courses is well-coordinated and assist with apprenticeship compliance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Business Development Team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

We are looking for someone who is highly competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. A minimum grade C or 4 in GCSE English (or equivalent) is also required. Experience of using a CRM system is desirable but not essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + 8 official public holidays, free uniform, and a colleague app with access to benefits, mental health, and wellbeing support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team.
  • Ensure that our timetable of courses are well-coordinated.
  • Assist with apprenticeship compliance and day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
