**Role - Finance Admin Assistant**
**Nationwide Fencing Services** are a large national Perimeter Security Total Solutions Provider. We are experts in our field of manufacturing, supplying & installing security fencing systems throughout the UK

**Main Responsibilities / Skills / Experience**:
KEY TASKS:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager
- Data entry on Sage
- Filing & record keeping
- Sales & Purchase ledgers
- Assisting to Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Raise invoices and credit notes
- Record and reconcile all bank receipts
- Perform financial credit checks on subcontractors
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience of Sage Accounting
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
- Experience with Sage is essential
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently
- Well organised
- Flexible & adaptable to a fast passed environment
**Job Types**: Full Time 40 Hours per week
Rate of pay : £12 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Friday We finish early at 15.30pm
**Experience**:
- Accounts experience 1 years + Experience
- Construction accounting experience desired as a significant advantage
- in job cost accounting and financial reporting: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
