We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Team Lead to join the team at HMP Altcourse, a category B prison located in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool.
This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the healthcare team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team, are fully supported.
**Hours**:
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 with some flexibility on start / finish times.
**Salary**:
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £30,660**_ _**per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our new Admin Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of administrators, as well as supporting other departments within the prison
- Ensuring effective management of clinics, rotas, appointments and patient referrals
- Prepare and distribute monthly statistics and reports for senior members of the healthcare team
- Support the Business Manager and Head of Healthcare as required

**Our new Admin Team Lead will ideally have**:
- Experience within a senior / team lead role in an administrative setting
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experienced in diary management
- Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
