Remote status: Hybrid remote. We are currently in our London office 2-3 days per week.

Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2.5 hours.

Our Talent Agency creates partnerships between our Creators and leading brands in tech, fashion, beauty, fitness, food and anything else that aligns with their content.

We represent Creators who are a _good influence_ on their audience, offering both them and our Advertisers strategic advice to deliver meaningful results on both sides.

**Where you come in**:

- Field requests from prospective brand and agency partners, acting as the first line of communication with prospective clients and representing the company and our talent in commercial exchanges
- Supporting assigned talent manager with low level brand partnerships
- Communicate internally with Talent Managers, to establish the suitability of opportunities and take their guidance on appropriate action
- Handle relationship with brands and agencies after sign-off, ensuring long-lasting relationships between them, Sixteenth and Sixteenth's Creators.
- Pipeline management of campaigns from point of sign-off through to completion for assigned Creators.
- Handle event invites, gifting requests and deliveries
- Interpret campaign briefs and guide Creators through the creative process.
- Work alongside the Talent Managers to develop strategies for our Creators to improve their general content.
- Communicate with the Finance Team to ensure that jobs are invoiced for efficiently.
- Assist your Talent Agency colleagues in other day-to-day tasks.
