The Team Assistant within the Talent team will work closely with the Head of Talent and Senior Talent and Recruitment Managers at Framestore, helping to ensure the department is run smoothly and assist in maintaining a happy and productive artist team in the long term.

Skills essential to this role include good communication, a positive attitude, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work as part of a busy and diverse team.

The Team Assistant will also work closely with other departments, particularly Systems, HR, Office Services and all Production teams to ensure all artist requirements are maintained on a day to day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the Office Services Dept and Systems to ensure artist seating plans, kit management and seating moves are organised
- Taking a proactive role in ensuring there are enough seats/appropriate kit for upcoming hires and communicating any shortfalls in a timely manner.
- Liaising with HR to ensure all new starters are appropriately inducted into the team
- Supporting the Crewing and Recruitment Managers in London across Advertising, Episodic & Immersive.
- Scheduling meetings and interviews.
- Assisting with arranging trips, events and job fairs.
- Ensuring all new starter information is communicated appropriately.
- General administration for crewing and talent as required including keeping spreadsheets up to date and collating confidential survey & review feedback.
- Assist in scheduling on Ceta (scheduling platform) when required.
- Undertaking general PA duties as and when required including for the Senior Management team
- Processing freelance invoices through the Talent team onto Finance
- Undertaking and organising dailies and freelance bookings for the Flame department

**Skills and Experience**:

- A keen interest in developing a career within talent
- Previous office administration experience, ideally within a creative environment
- Able to pick up new systems quickly, experience with ATS systems and online networking platforms is beneficial
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assistant tasks
- Able to work on own initiative
- An interest in visual effects is a bonus
- Responsive and flexible to ever changing needs and environment
- Positive attitude and sense of humour, always a plus
