A fantastic new, permanent job opportunity has arisen for a HR professional with expertise in learning and/or change management to support a nationally recognised business who’s vision is to see a connected, diverse and digitally-enabled workforce.
This role sits within the colleague experience team within the large HR department. This team is responsible for providing the full breadth of learning and development services.
The role has a focus on learning and specifically enabling digital training at a very large scale and is responsible for their remit across the whole group of businesses.
You main responsibility is to play your part in the team to develop, facilitate and manage the implementation of learning solutions.
**Salary on offer** = Circa £40,000 per annum (some negotiation available depending on wealth and relevance of experience)

**Duties for the role**:
- Understand requirements and the success criteria for defined projects, analysing proposals that evaluate and outline options.
- Develops standard, non-complex learning solutions and campaigns, curating content and building engagement and communication collateral ensuring a full understanding of existing learning content.
- Hosts virtual learning sessions and facilitates masterclasses to deliver outcomes, using technology where applicable to deliver a strong colleague experience.
- Support activities involved in the deployment of solutions, reviewing the effectiveness of the learning solution.
- Builds strong relationships with the broader learning community to collaborate, share best practices and ensure operational alignment of solutions.
- Understands internal and external insight and how the latest thinking in learning, technology and organisation development to improve the Colleague Experience.
- You will need to of designed and delivered programmes with the use of technology
- Ideally you will have experience doing this in a large, complex organisation with different training needs. Examples of this include very large call centre organisations such as utilities, financial services or complex organisations with lots of differentdepartments with differing learning needs. Think Npower, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, British Gas, etc
- Must be a competent data analyst and can interpret and manipulate data
- Must have relevant skills in supporting business change
- Must have previous stakeholder management experience as this is a big part of the role
- Must be technical with strong knowledge of learning technologies
