**HR Assistant**

We’re now looking for a HR Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their HR knowledge, in an award-winning organisation.

**The Role**

We are looking for a brilliant administrator that has a flare for detail, top level time management, incredible IT skills (yes, that includes Excel) and a passion for learning all things HR admin.

This is an all-round role and will include a wide variety of HR tasks. Days will be filled with answering HR queries, supporting training requests, ensuring our new starters are looked after in the onboarding process, reviewing our processes with the team and introducing improvements to name a few.

We are looking for someone that wants to start their HR career and develop some fantastic skills.

**What do we need from you?**

A passion for learning, super IT skills including Excel, eye for the detail, be excited to work within a fast paced, fast moving team. You do not need prior HR experience but you will need previous admin experience and an interest in HR.

**About You**

To be considered as a HR Assistant, you will need:

- Experience in an administrative role
- The ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
