**HR ASSISTANT**

**SALARY**:£27,000 - £32,000**

**LOCATION: South Birmingham**

**Hybrid position**

I’m working in partnership with an organisation which is a market leader in its field and is hugely values driven and committed to the development of its people. The business has been going through lots of change, transformation and has a huge focus on continuous improvement. They’re now looking for a HR Assistant to come on board and be part of their fantastic team.

**HR Assistant - Key Accountabilities**:

- You will be responsible for providing and delivering an accurate and efficient HR administration service getting actively involved in all aspects of the HR process and employee lifecycle
- Provide an efficient and responsive 1st line HR Advice on policies, processes and procedures relating to HR, ER and Learning and Development.
- Provide very basic advice on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, holidays etc.
- Providing a full administrative support offering including maintaining HR documentation, producing letters and processing of HR invoices, assisting in the delivery of any HR calendar events (e.g., pay review) and supporting the HR team for any bulk employee communications, HR change projects etc.
- Identify any areas where processes can be improved and having an eye for continuous improvements
- Working with other functions and third parties such as payroll, finance, benefits etc.

**HR Assistant - Skills / Experience**:

- A **minimum** of 18 months HR experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator
- Experience of HR Administration and HR database and basic level ER Issues
- You need to be a good team player, who is capable of working on their own initiative and have a high level of tenacity and drive
- Excellent customer service skills
- You will already have worked in a very busy environment
- Your communication skills will be second to none

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
