The Major Recruitment team is seeking an experienced HR Admin Assistant to join their dynamic and innovative team. As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment processes.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained, adhering to relevant regulations.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage the HR department's email inbox and respond to routine inquiries.
- Administer leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to the promotion of a positive workplace environment by participating in HR initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with willingness to develop knowledge further.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of up to £30,000, Monday - Friday on-site work arrangement, and a temporary to permanent role.
