We are recruiting a HR Assistant to provide a professional and quality administrative support service to the HR team, HR Shared Services Team and internal clients on all activities associated with our offices.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
- Maintain the firms HR database (audits, inputting, updating). Analyse monthly data audit reports to investigate inaccuracies in data.
- Manage and process HR Help Desk requests in line with SLA's.
- Run and analyse sickness absence and update absence analysis spreadsheet.
- Process payroll actions for starters, leavers, changes and absence deductions via HR system and ensure accuracy of data in preparation for monthly payroll reports.
- Produce management information (standard and bespoke reports).
- Manage all starter and leaver documentation and processes.
- Administer probation & review process.
- Prepare induction paperwork and manage the process.
- Manage all changes to T&C's documentation and processes.
- Manage all family leave documentation and processes.
- Work closely with international team when handling relocations and secondments between international and UK offices.
- Ensure relevant background checks are processed in line with compliance requirements referring to HR guidance and policies.
- Maintain person electronic HR files in line with compliance requirements referring to HR guidance.
- Liaise with payroll on any related matters.
- Handle internal enquiries relating to compensation and benefits as appropriate or refer to the Compensation and Benefits team 2 years HR administration experience, preferably within a professional services / shared services background.
