Rockstar North is on the lookout for talented Travel Admin Coordinator who possess a passion for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent full-time position based out of Rockstar's unique game development studio in Edinburgh.

**WHAT WE DO**:

- We are a busy and organised team who ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Studio.
- We support the Company's goals and values, demonstrating them in all work activities and interactions.
- We are focused and we anticipate the needs of the Studio, providing positive and efficient support to the Studio and our visitors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative support to the Studio Operations Director, Admin Managers, Operations Manager, Directors, and Senior Management as required.
- Coordinate business travel and hospitality arrangements for the Studio and our visitors, working across different time zones to meet travel SLAs.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with travel and accommodation suppliers.
- Coordinate and maintain arrangements for short term lets where required including care packs, visitor access, property cleaning & key pick up/returns.
- Coordinate and assist travellers with immigration and entry requirements relating to business visitor travel.
- Maintain accurate calendar entries, travel & admin records with effective filing systems.
- Meet and greet studio visitors providing tours where applicable.
- Maintain Administration processes and procedures for smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio.
- Provide Accounts Payable support including but limited to reconciling petty cash, reviewing invoices and processing purchase orders.
- Provide support on studio projects and activities where required.
- Provide support for internal events and employee related activities as required.
- Provide cover for key areas of responsibility for the rest of the Admin Team as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Travel Coordinator role
- High proficiency on MS Office 360 Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong typing and ICT skills, web and tech literate.

**SKILLS**:

- Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with mínimal supervision and as part of a team environment.
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep a level head while maintaining grace under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in booking corporate travel.
- Strong focus on customer service.

**PLUSES**:

- Experience working within the Creative Industries - video games, film, television, music.
- Experience working as a Personal/Executive Assistant, liaising with all levels of a business.
- Experience using JDE systems, office management systems and procedures.
