Main Duties:

  • Responsible for providing admin support to the Risk Management Team
  • Daily responsibility for minute taking during case conferences and weekly RMT meetings
  • Maintain filing systems accurately in regards to Integrated Case Management process
  • Support ICM process and provide month statistics
  • Coordinate with both internal and external agencies to ensure attendance to conferences and meetings
  • Communicate information with external and internal partners on a daily basis
  • Collate relevant documents from partner agencies and departments for presentation to ICM/RMT meetings

Skills/experience:***- Competent and experienced within all aspects of administration

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Previous minute taking experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in event planning or diary management
  • Ability to prioritise workload
