Job Summary:

The Administrative Team Lead will assist the Region in providing a comprehensive admin service within the depot and contribute towards the depot achieving targets and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Admin Team and daily functions
  • Plan and prioritize the admin team workload to ensure the admin team functions efficiently
  • Provide admin support to the admin team
  • Ensure all admin processes are being followed correctly
  • Ensure compliance with GSOS 1, 2, 3, 12 & 13
  • Manage staff holidays and sickness records accordingly
  • Handle purchase orders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Administrative Team Lead will need a higher level of supervisory skills, the ability to manage the daily activities of the admin team and reporting to the Senior Regional Managers.
