Job Title: Healthcare Administrator Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Administrator Team Lead to join our team at Bupa Health Centre in Edinburgh. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators, ensuring the smooth running of the centre, and providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all administration requirements to ensure the centre runs smoothly.
  • Ensure all administrative staff are aware of customer service standards through induction, training, and team meetings.
  • Proactively manage issues that arise in administration matters, including customer complaints and customer journey management.
  • Support ongoing development of customer service skills amongst the administration team.
  • Act as the Centre Complaints Handler, responding to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

  • Education to 'A' Level standard.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience and highly customer-focused.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and separate the urgent from the important.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
