Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care and medication management, and meal preparation
Provide emotional support and companionship
Monitor and record health changes, reporting concerns
Encourage and assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities
Requirements:
Must be living in the UK and have the right to work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
At least 6 months' personal care experience in a paid environment within the last 2 years in the UK or Ireland
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
