Clinical Team Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff across multiple sites, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the efficient delivery of business and patient services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of administrative staff to deliver high-quality services
- Providing administrative support to undergraduate clinical attachments in Women's Services
- Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the administrative service
- Supporting service improvements and driving efficiency
We offer a competitive salary of £43,877 per annum, reflecting the new working hours of 37 hours per week. As part of NHS Scotland, you will have access to a range of benefits, including pension schemes, annual leave, and training opportunities.
