Job Summary
This is a temporary position requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the administrative aspects of our leisure centre.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including admission control, customer bookings, and office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clerical and reception team
- Control admission and point of sale
- Issue customer information and handle office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends
- Disclosure Scotland checks will apply
- PVG Scheme membership or update check required
