The primary objective of this position is to support the Region in delivering a thorough administrative service within the depot, while aiding the depot in achieving its objectives and meeting deadlines.

  • Overseeing the Administrative Team and their daily operations
  • Organizing and prioritizing the workload of the administrative team to guarantee efficient functioning
  • Providing administrative assistance to the team
  • Ensuring adherence to all administrative procedures
  • Maintaining compliance with GSOS 1, 2, 3, 12 & 13
  • Managing records of staff leave and absences
  • Processing purchase orders

Required Qualifications

To advance into this role, candidates should possess a higher level of supervisory capabilities, along with the ability to manage the daily operations of the administrative team and report to the Senior Regional Managers.
