We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic Data Journey team in Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. As a key member of our Third Party Administration (TPA) department, you will provide high-quality leadership to a team focused on delivering Data Journey projects.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate work to team members, ensuring effective work planning and delivery.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and trustees.
- Develop and recommend fees and timescales for client projects.
- Be the main point of contact for Client Managers, Administration Managers, and Project Leads.
- Identify areas for service quality improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with BU guidelines, procedures, quality standards, and service standards.
- Previous experience in pension administration, with a strong understanding of DB, DC, and CARE pension arrangements.
- Commercial awareness of the UK Pensions Market, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant pension legislation and industry best practice.
- Experience in delivery of data projects is desirable.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and experience with Pensions Administration systems.
- Good understanding of Data Protection legislation and recent legislative changes.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience of leading a team.
