**Tech Maintenance Admin Assistant**

**Location**: Remote (freelance, self employed)

**Days**: Monday - Friday

**Hours**:9am - 4pm

£15 per hour

We are seeking a tech focussed detail-oriented and organised Tech Maintenance Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing invoices, tracking expenses, overseeing financial records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations within our maintenance operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Verify invoices from various contractors and service providers
- Cross-reference invoices with task completion records
- Manage expense tracking and ensure accurate inclusion of VAT
- Monitor purchasing platforms and track costs of items
- Maintain control over financial records and maintenance boards
- Monitor records of safety certificates communicate requirements to contractors and clients

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in invoice management and expense tracking
- Excellent data entry
- Familiarity with financial software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and clients
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance measures

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Tech experience
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Experience with cleaning software and project management platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
