**The opportunity**
As a Bid Coordinator you will provide professional and proactive bids support to the public sector team in UK and co-ordinate a busy bids support function with local Partners and tender leaders.

This opportunity would allow for plenty of progression and development as you join our Bid Management team at a pivotal time within Azets UK. We are in the early stages of carving out a dedicated Bids team and therefore you will play a key role in the success of this within the business and will support the Bids Manager in your day to day responsibilities.

**Your main responsibilities will include-**
- Coordination, timetabling and driving the preparation of content for bids, tenders and proposals
- Coordination of bid/no bid decision
- Liaison with all relevant teams involved in a bid
- Work will include reviewing relevant public sector tender portals and communicating opportunities to relevant individuals
- Preparation of framework PQQs, tenders, and responses to questions and presentations
- Liaison with admin teams to coordinate submissions
- Ensuring tenders and responses reflect best practice in design and content
- Communicate effectively across the business
- Collate and produce reports on the bids, tenders and business development activity within the firm
- General duties as directed by Bid Manager

**What do we need from you?-**
- Relevant experience in the Bids sector
- Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn about the business and various industry sectors
- Good presentation and document creation skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload, manage expectations of colleagues and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable at all times to both external and internal clients
- Organised with strong retention and recall of information
