We look for colleagues who Care, Dare and Deliver.- Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.- Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources.- Provide internal support for Commercial Team.- Co-ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding.- Maintain and update customer records.- Deal efficiently with customer complaints.- Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.- Collating and generating internal production requirements.- Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.- Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements.- To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others. Being mindful that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing at work is everyone’s responsibility.- Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.- Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.- Attend customer off-site visits when necessary.- Liaise with multiple supply chain stakeholders.
