An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team at Pivotal to facilitate the continual growth and expansion of the business. We are therefore looking to recruit people to join us at this exciting time for Pivotal.

**Rate of Pay**
The current salary is **£28,000 **per annum. You will be contracted to work **40 hours **per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.
**Pension Scheme**
After 3-month service with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.
**Holiday Entitlement**
You will be entitled **20 days** holiday plus **8 statutory days** per year.

You will report directly to the Branch Manager., you will provide a comprehensive administrative support function to assist and support the Operational and Head Office Teams.
**Role Responsibilities/Key Tasks**
- Provide a point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries, ensuring any queries are addressed and resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
- A large focus of your time will be spent dealing with our ‘top-tier’ customers, to ensure the very best customer service is given.
- Liaise with the Operations, Sales, Compliance, HR, Transport, IT and Finance Departments to proactively communicate employee and customer needs and follow queries through to a resolution.
- Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed at all times.
- Comply with internal and external audits, providing reports and documentation as and when required.
- Liaise with the Human Resource Department to maintain accurate attendance, disciplinary, accident/incident and training records.
- Attend meetings to formally record notes where required.
- Provide a general administrative service including full use of Microsoft suite, outlook, word, excel, powerpoint etc. Photocopying, scanning, filing and franking post.
- Collating and input of information using company IT Systems - TT, TMS etc
- Assisting with adhoc billing and recording of same.
- Assisting finance on the debt chasing with branch level customers.
- Any other administrative duties as required to ensure a professional service is maintained.
- Any other reasonable task detailed and requested by your Line Manager or more senior manager.

- Approachable, with good interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow company procedures
- Ability to keep calm in challenging situations
**Security Checks**
- Up to a 10-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
- Financial credit check
- DBS Criminal Record Check
**This will be a temporary role to cover maternity leave for up to one year.**
