Customer Service Admin
My client is a leading healthcare organisation within Ireland and the UK. Based in Belfast, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Admin to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, 3 Month Contract

With a salary of £21,000

Job Purpose:


As Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for providing first class customer service to all customers and suppliers regarding purchases as well as responsibility of all administrative duties from start to completion.


Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Customer Service and Administration experience within a similar role.
  • Good computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team to meet goals and objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer service admin including sales orders processing, invoicing, credit note processing and setup new customers details.
  • Continual monitoring of customer backorders.
  • Liaison with Suppliers on outstanding purchase orders to ensure stocks are received as promptly as possible.
  • Handling of customer & supplier queries/requests in an efficient, thorough, and professional manner and followup to ensure resolution to customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing and completion of quotations for customers.
  • Assisting Warehouse Manager and Financial Accountant in the operation of the year end, half year and ongoing stocktakes for the Company.
  • General administration support to the Sales/Service Team.
  • Handling correspondence between the Sales/Service Team.
  • Coordinating appointments with customers.
  • Generating appropriate supplier purchase orders, gaining management approval for same and placing of orders with suppliers, as required.
  • Handle customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Organise collection of goods from the UK and Globally.
  • Assist in organising deliveries.
  • Ensuring cover for holidays or absence.
  • Any other tasks required by the Company or its representatives.
