Position: Project Administrator

**Salary**: £20-30k

Location: Horsham

Our client, a local subcontractor to the construction industry are seeking a Project Co-ordinator/ Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Duties:

- Attaining supplier quotations & ensuring they meet with client specifications.
- Ordering materials and equipment from approved suppliers.
- Continual update and monitoring of order tracking and informing team of any changes and expected delivery dates.
- Attending project programme and process meetings.
- Maintain and ensure all documentation is uploaded to online project folder.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- General administration / office duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Project/ Co-ordination/ Administrative experience is required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Solid organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Full Driving Licence.
