This is a 12 month Maternity contract working directly for our client.
**Key responsibilities & tasks**:
**Admin**
- Monitoring office stationary levels and ordering
- Deal with office facilities
- Reception duties
- Answering phone calls and queries
- Helping organise office events
- Ad hoc projects
**Accounts**
- Checking and processing of all invoices
- Checking and reconciling bank statements
- Month end reports
- Running reports for Senior Managers
- Data entry of payroll onto Sage
**HR**
- Assist with recruitment of staff, placing adverts, arranging interviews
- HR Admin, referencing, sending employment contracts, arranging interviews
- Booking training courses for employees
**Personal Profile**:
- Previous office administration experience is essential
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible
- Customer orientated
- Detail driven
- Numerate
- A flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills.
- Display commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Hands on
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
