**Summary**:
We are looking for a Claims Handler to join an award-winning, independent corporate insurance broker. This role is ideal for someone with previous claims-handling experience in commercial property, liability & motor claims. This role will see you taking a “hands-on” approach to managing a portfolio of claims throughout the journey, seeking to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.

Working within a highly supportive team, you will be expanding your existing claims experience with continued development and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications, forming part of a growing team and business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling commercial clients claims, 'cradle to grave’.
- Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to every client.
- Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability.
- Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every client.
- First Notice of Loss (FNOL) registration.
- FNOL management - ensuring new claims are monitored and handled within service level agreement, including insurer’s bespoke arrangements
- Diary and report maintenance.
- Escalating any patterns or issues to your line manager.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2 years minimum experience
- Fleet claims experience ideally or strong motor experience
- Highly organised
- Self-starter
- Proactive
- Passion & drive to succeed
- Desire to be part of a growing team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be on top of all their claims

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
