Support professional staff by undertaking research and collation of information
- Liaise with our clients in a confident and professional manner
- Arrange client meetings and diary management
- Answer telephone calls confidently and politely, taking messages as required
- Format and proofread letters, quotes, reports and minutes
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Accurate logging of employee hours and expenses
- Prepare fee invoices
- Record the company's financial transactions and expenses in Freeagent
- Manage petty cash
- General and project filing, updating and maintaining administrative systems, e.g. the contacts and projects database.
- Prepare drinks and refreshments for staff and visitors
- Meet and greet clients
- A practical, common sense, approach
- English language skills (both written and oral)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisation skills - the ability to independently manage and prioritise your own workload is essential
- Be trustworthy and discreet
- IT, typing and numeracy skills
- Due to the nature of the role, you must have an excellent eye for detail, be very thorough and accurate in the visual presentation and setting out of documents
- Confident knowledge and experience of setting up and amending documents using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.80 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Harrogate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
