Northern Energy is a family friendly company based in Hampsthwaite, a small village just outside of Harrogate. Our aim is to serve local communities in the North of England with domestic, commercial, and agricultural oil and LPG. In addition, we offer various services, which complement our business. **Role Objectives**:
Working within the LPG Engineering Team, ensuring that the processes for tank installations, tank uplifts, tank testing and all other tank engineering work are completed as per our set procedures.

Maintaining communication lines between the Engineering Manager, Administrator as well as Northern Energy Engineers and also Third Party Engineers, ensuring jobs are efficiently planned and executed. Providing a high level of customer service to all customers and prospective customers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Working as part of the LPG Team, ensuring we retain and grow our existing customer base, through providing a high level of customer service to all customers and prospective customers, managing the day-to-day administrative processes within the LPG business.
- Dealing with all the relevant paperwork for installations, uplifts, roll overs and tank movement procedures, updating reports, booking engineers, updating the engineering calendar.
- Communicating with customers ensuring they are ready for the work and engineers have the required information and paperwork for the job. Making the welcome call once work complete and dealing with any customer concerns.
- Following completion of engineering work, ensure reports are updated, invoices are raised, orders are placed and top up set up. Welcome calls to be made following any work carried out and obtaining feedback where relevant.
- Updating the Asset register with all engineering and testing work. Test certificates to be scanned and attached to customers account, ensuring the asset register is up to date.
- To deal with incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner, dealing with all customer queries to a satisfactory conclusion, within the set time scale, thus maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring we are meeting our customers' expectations.
- Dealing with general administrative duties necessary to meet the demands of the office and answering and dealing with telephone calls.
- Assisting with one off projects and administrative duties as required to maintain customer records and procedures within the LPG business. Maintaining relationships with external Field Sales Managers as well as all other departments ensuring required details are communicated.

**Pay and Benefits**
- Salary £26,000
- 4 additional “Energy” payments of £600 per quarter to help with fuel
- 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays
