**Job Description: Billing and Metering Coordinator
We are recruiting for an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team at Sewell Wallis Ltd on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Billing and Metering Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and informative billing and metering administration and front-facing customer service for our customers and clients.
The role involves processing contract data for recurring revenue of different order types, including new business, upsell, upgrade, and renewals. You will also process contract data for one-off sales of setups, installation, professional services, and hardware.
Data entry within the Dynamics 365 F&O billing platform is a key aspect of the job. Furthermore, you will take action to cancel invoices within the billing platform to ensure that invoicing terminates in line with service end dates.
