Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate information.
  • Utilise Trello, Slack, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and projects.
  • Assist in creating and editing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Learn and implement new software and tools as required.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and organisation.
