**Administrator - Washington**

Connect Appointments are recruiting an Administrator to join our Washington based client on a full time permanent basis. Our client is a North Eastern based family business established in 1979. They have retained a service driven approach to logistics throughout the years whilst actively investing in dynamic IT systems for a user friendly, tracked and visible delivery service throughout.

The duties of this role are but not limited to the following:

- Previous admin experience within an office environment
- Some transport and logistic knowledge would be an advantage however this is not essential.
- Receive calls from clients and customers therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Excellent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft office - including the ability to undertake minor problem solving (e.g. if a connection to a printer fails)
- Good organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- Admin experience

What to expect from the role:

- A working week of 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
- Pay rates £10.50 per her
- Full training on in house systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Washington, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
