Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a local charity providing mental health and wellbeing support, in their search for **an experienced Administration Officer**

The main purpose of this job is to provide administrative and reception support to the staff of our client.

**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Inputting of client data onto our CRM systems.
- Provide telephone/reception service and receive visitors to the premises and to have empathy with service users.
- To liaise with staff from other agencies and the public when appropriate.
- Diary Management, including booking of internal rooms. (Including setting up of rooms).
- Produce agendas and minutes at a variety of meetings
