**Job Description** Purpose**
As a customer care / receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will answer inbound telephone calls and welcome guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate other activities, including distributing correspondence and provide administrative support to various teams across the business and working closely with the Planning Team (Water).
**Specific Responsibilities**
Manage reception area and look after visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
- Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
- Manage customer queries - log and pass to the relevant Manager
- Record and populate defect packs, making necessary arrangements and liaise with Reinstatement Manager
- Record utility damages and make calls to appropriate utility company
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
- Draft, format and print relevant documents
- Interact with staff and carry out their requests
- Any other duties deemed appropriate

- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills

- Prior reception/customer service experience
